BIS and ECB are betting that the third time is a CHARM.

Napoleon failed (funded by…).
Hitler failed (funded by…).
But now the bankers think they can do it themselves.

We will see if Deceit, Corruption, Money and Commercial Law can over-run the free-will of the people, after all it worked in the USA; or has it?
