List of Mortgage Closures, Mergers and Layoffs

Source: thetruthaboutmortgage

So why are all these mortgage companies consolidating, laying off employees, sending out warnings, and going out of business?

Well, a recent statistic revealed that 2.33% of all US mortgages are currently delinquent, a number which is sure to rise. And repurchases have tripled between the first and second quarter of 2006.

Not to mention declining home values in almost every metropolitan area throughout the United States, sky-high home prices, rampant fraud, a deteriorating secondary market and unmanageable mortgage payments.

I recently began adding mortgage lenders from parts of the world other than the United States that have issued profit warnings, as well as companies that remain open but have been affected seriously by the mortgage crisis in one way or another.

According to a recent report, there were 86,126 mortgage job cuts in 2007, with another 30,000 to 40,000 expected by early 2008.

    British Mortgage Company Corruption Scandal:

The current and old managers & directors behind Permanent TSB and CHL Mortgages (also known as Capital Home Loans Limited) have been using fraudulent methods since early 1980s. They use the name “Fleet Mortgages” to move away from CHL Mortgages & Permanent TSB to cover-up how they have been secretly mistreating CHL and Permanent TSB customers. They are dissolving the names Permanent TSB, CHL Mortgages and Capital Home Loans Limited.

The current & ex directors (mostly Mr Alan Ronald Cook) behind CHL mortgages and Permanent TSB have used hidden fraudulent methods to secretly destroy CHL customers’ financial credibility by secretly showing arrears and cancel direct-debit mandates to move on to their other secret created companies (i.e.: Lansdowne 199, etc). These directors have frequently moved round to cover-up their methods, using bribery methods (to customers, solicitors & financial advisers) and prevent declaring extra taxes to HMRC – and mostly, make the CHL and Permanent TSB customers more vulnerable (then DISCREDIT them) to repossess the properties (under different trade names) from them.

The corruption methods these directors use is to have their company CHL Mortgages and Permanent TSB to DELIBERATELY IGNORE concerns CHL and Permanent TSB customer’s real complaints, and respond with misleading comments. Then these CHL and Permanent TSB customers have been asked to complain to Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS), who also ignored these concerns and respond to show that CHL and Permanent TSB customers are in the wrong.

There is a secret connection between CHL Mortgages (and Permanent TSB) and FOS which is why FOS purposely rules in CHL Mortgages and Fleet Mortgages and Permanent TSB (and new or dissolved related companies) favour, and these directors have been writing misleading stories (i.e. CHL treats customers fairly & CHL to lend again in 2016) to avoid public humiliation. This way they take away investments from customers and avoid legal disputes and avoid paying more tax.

Mr Alan Ronald Cook is behind all the scenarios including scandals with mistreating customers and conflict of interest he is/was director of Sainsbury’s Bank, Post Office Ltd, Permanent TSB, CHL Mortgages, Prudential Financial Services, Financial Ombudsman. Also Mr Alan Ronald Cook and other director Mr Michael Andrew Coupe (Mike Coupe) have been trying to use one of their companies (Sainsburys) to buy Home Retail Group (Argos) SECRETLY using the investments/equities from properties repossessed from customers of CHL Mortgages, Permanent TSB, Sainsbury’s Bank, etc.

It is recently confirmed that Mr Alan Ronald Cook resigned in January 2016 from Permanent TSB (parent company to CHL Mortgages) to protect his interests. He was also involved in Prudential insurance scandals in 1980’s, 1990’s, 2000’s by overcharging and increasing interest-rates to customers and misspelling ppi, etc.

The directors (& their correspondence addresses) involved in secret corruption scandals explained above are:

ALAN RONALD COOK (also called “ALAN COOK”) – Orchard Grange, 28 Church End Road, Shenley Brook End, Milton Keynes, BUCKINGHAMSHIRE, MK5 7AB, and 42 Temple Street, Keynsham, BRISTOL, BS31 1EH.

GERALD WALTER HICKLEY – 83 Hill Road, Pinner, MIDDLESEX, HA5 1LD.

ROBERT LESLIE YOUNG (also called “BOB YOUNG”) – 2 Rackstraw Grove, Old Farm Park, Milton Keynes, BUCKINGHAMSHIRE, MK7 8PZ.
