As the odious debts reach critical proportions and the global monetary ponzi scheme fails to entice more debt creation, a new phase is entered, and policies are changed.
The political & oligarchical class appears determined to make the most likely scenario one in which there will be some kind of real financial collapse and “State of Emergency” that will require a total reconstruction of the global system via War or Martial Law.

Many people are implementing alternatives as local solutions and expressing visionary concepts.
These trends are increasing as the information and experiences are shared.
This is a shift in consciousness.
Global Terror:
where the slaves are leaving their masters, but the slave-masters become violent and use weapons of mass destruction with government declarations of War or State of Emergency.
As I see this global transition, the biggest challenge may be when the international monetary system fails and no one presents a explained and enforceable replacement then the officials and oligarchs expect to simply reset the current monetary system after wars determine the losers and winners for global control.
For these reasons Common Law Grand Jury need to be convened for public hearings and trials to lawfully seek remedy.
In so doing the theft, fraud, and murder with impunity will end and the era of institutional authority as agents of authoritarian regimes will also collapse.
This begins within each of us: With intense scrutiny you can pierce the institutional illusions.

Ehud Ya’ari of Israel’s Channel 2 News reported on Tuesday night, that Egypt and Russia will be signing an unprecedented military agreement.
In this agreement between Cairo and Moscow, Egypt will receive 24 of Russia’s advanced Mikoyan MiG-35 fighter jets, along with military and strategic advisers, as well as training for the Egyptian Air Force.
The deal is worth $3 billion.
It follows in the footsteps of a $2 billion arms deal that Egypt signed with Russia in February, and was primarily funded by Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
The deal itself has been in the works since November, as JewishPress.com reported when Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu visited Cairo and Egyptian leader Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, and developed in response to decreased US military aid to Egypt.
This deal is a major setback to US policy and diplomacy in the Middle East, and is a direct slap in the face for U.S. President Obama.
In related news, the U.S. is sending 600 troops to Eastern Europe for an exercise, to try to reassure its NATO allies, following Russia’s actions in Ukraine.

Qingdao hosts vessels from 7 countries during maritime drill
Wu Shengli, commander of the People’s Liberation Army navy, will not meet with visiting Japanese naval officials during the upcoming Western Pacific Naval Symposium, a navy spokesman said on Sunday.
Japanese warships were not invited to the joint maritime exercise that China is hosting to mark the 65th anniversary of the establishment of the PLA navy, which falls on Wednesday. The exercise coincides with the symposium, which will be on Tuesday and Wednesday. Both events will take place in the coastal city of Qingdao, Shandong province.
A series of inappropriate actions by the Japanese government and leaders have severely hurt the Chinese people’s feelings and Sino-Japanese relations, navy spokesman Liang Yang said, in his media debut.
Under the circumstances, it is improper to invite Japan’s Maritime Self-Defense Force to join the exercise, called Maritime Cooperation 2014, to celebrate the navy’s anniversary, he said.

Japan’s government has warned that the seizure of a Japanese ship in Shanghai over pre-wartime debts threatened its ties with China and could undermine the basis of their diplomatic relationship.
Authorities in Shanghai seized the large freight vessel in a dispute over what the Chinese side says are unpaid bills from the 1930s, when Japan occupied large areas of China.
Japan’s chief government spokesman, Yoshihide Suga, says the seizure undermined the 1972 joint communique that normalised ties between Japan and China, in which Beijing agreed to renounce “its demand for war reparation from Japan”.
“It could also intimidate Japanese companies doing business in China as a whole,” he said.
“Japan is deeply worried and strongly expects China to take appropriate measures.”
On Saturday, Shanghai Maritime Court said it had seized “the vessel Baosteel Emotion owned by Mitsui O.S.K. Lines … for enforcement of an effective judgement” made in December 2007.
“The arrested vessel will be dealt with by the law if Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. still refuses to perform its obligations,” the court said.
