The Federal Reserve, in its publication Modern Money Mechanics, states the following:

In the United States neither paper currency nor deposits have value as commodities. Intrinsically, a dollar bill is just a piece of paper, deposits merely book entries. Coins do have some intrinsic value as metal, but generally far less than their face value.
What, then, makes these instruments – checks, paper money, and coins – acceptable at face value in payment of all debts and for other monetary uses? Mainly, it is the confidence people have that they will be able to exchange such money for other financial assets and for real goods and services whenever they choose to do so.
Who Creates Money?
Changes in the quantity of money may originate with actions of the Federal Reserve System (the central bank), depository institutions (principally commercial banks), or the public. The major control, however, rests with the central bank.
The actual process of money creation takes place primarily in banks.’ As noted earlier, checkable liabilities of banks are money. These liabilities are customers’ accounts. They increase when customers deposit currency and checks and when the proceeds of loans made by the banks are credited to borrowers’ accounts.
In the absence of legal reserve requirements, banks can build up deposits by increasing loans and investments so long as they keep enough currency on hand to redeem whatever amounts the holders of deposits want to convert into currency. This unique attribute of the banking business was discovered many centuries ago.
It started with goldsmiths. As early bankers, they initially provided safekeeping services, making a profit from vault storage fees for gold and coins deposited with them. People would redeem their “deposit receipts” whenever they needed gold or coins to purchase something, and physically take the gold or coins to the seller who, in turn, would deposit them for safekeeping, often with the same banker. Everyone soon found that it was a lot easier simply to use the deposit receipts directly as a means of payment. These receipts, which became known as notes, were acceptable as money since whoever held them could go to the banker and exchange them for metallic money.
Then, bankers discovered that they could make loans merely by giving their promises to pay, or bank notes, to borrowers. In this way, banks began to create money. More notes could be issued than the gold and coin on hand because only a portion of the notes outstanding would be presented for payment at any one time. Enough metallic money had to be kept on hand, of course, to redeem whatever volume of notes was presented for payment.
Transaction deposits are the modem counterpart of bank notes. It was a small step from printing notes to making book entries crediting deposits of borrowers, which the borrowers in turn could “spend” by writing checks, thereby “printing” their own money.”

U.S. Law Allows the USA to Invade Netherlands
The US government is perhaps one of the most arrogant in the world. They preach human right violations against China and Russia when in fact they are the worst of all. When the International Criminal Court was established among nations, the USA sought to impose that authority on the rest of the world while it EXEMPTED our politicians and bureaucrats from every being charged or put on trial.
The American Servicemembers’ Protection Act (ASPA) authorizes the US president to use “all means necessary and appropriate to bring about the release of any US or allied personnel being detained or imprisoned by, on behalf of, or at the request of the International Criminal Court” (ICC). This authorization has led the act to be nicknamed The Hague Invasion Act, because the freeing of U.S. citizens by force might be possible only through an invasion of the Hague, in Netherlands, which is the seat of several international criminal courts and of the Dutch government. Yet the US government routinely makes demands upon the ICC, yet it has exempted itself from any war crimes and to enforce that exemption the President has a standing declaration of war that Congress need not even be consulted. Hence, no American can be prosecuted for torture in the ICC without risking the USA’s declared standing act of war.

Researching esoteric knowledge and experiences finds many practitioners of secret arts and teachings that made huge impacts on the societies to evolve into what exists today!
Indeed, from the scholar libraries the difficulty is in naming those who did not research esoteric teachings (Hermeticism, Alkhemy, Theosophy, Kabbalah, Astrology)…
For a quick sampling: Nicolaus Copernicus (1473 – 1508) – Father of the conventional heliocentric planetary (solar) system Astronomy was a alkhemist and hermeticist and then there are many others (Newton, Boyle), who founded the sciences, philosophies, space exploration, etc.
We should consider the possibility of intentional insertion of the ancient ideas, technologies, skills, tools, and knowledge into education to steer civilizations toward a order or vision of a society planned by a few. Science, religion, government, and banking could all be guided by private, hidden entities with secret knowledge (maybe opposition exist within these secret orders and societies).

I recall seeing that presentation years ago when I had a youtube account and was heavily into sharing videos. Hopefully the workers inside government jobs have the courage to not only blow the whistle, but to also say no to their bosses when bosses “cross the line”.
But drone wars continues and killings without a trial continues too. Governments appear to be incapable of dismantling failed and costly programs. reducing the military and intelligence budgets is out of the question for officials.
I have always thought that one of the “good signals” would be arrests of officials, but a repeal of the laws after 911 would also be a “good” start.
Sadly we are still calling for those events.
Now, however we know more of the hidden hands in the international banking cartel, and this funding system must be dismantled. Secret gold and societies from the Babylonian banksters’ cult need to be addressed. Joseph Farrell connects the dots from ancient times to WW2 to this current international monetary system. The same methods, the same tricks, and the same techniques are used again, and again…
The ancient banksters developed spy/clandestine networks, now isn’t that interesting?

THE PROPAGANDA WARS TO HEAT UP? BBC CHIEF WANTS MORE MONEY

A regular reader here, Mr. S.D., sent me this article, and it’s one of those pieces that if one doesn’t really think about it a bit, and read a bit “between the lines,” might be dismissed as not all that important. But I think it is a tremendously important piece for what 2015 might herald. Here’s the article:

So what are we really looking at?
Here comes my high octane speculation (and an equally high octane prediction): first, I’ve long suspected that the cases of the RT resignations were a little “too convenient”, and have entertained the idea that perhaps a scenario was concocted to make RT look bad. Everyone knows that RT is a propaganda organ, just as SeeBS or Faux News or Deutsche Welle or the BBC itself are propaganda organs. The real problem, if one reads a bit between the lines of Mr. Horrocks’ complaint, is that the West is losing the propaganda war, at least among a more intelligent audience. And the Ukrainian fiasco was a crucial catalyst in speeding up the increasing cynicism and loss of trust in the West against the political and media elites: there is no easy way to “spin” the fact that a legitimate government was simply overthrown by a series of well-executed covert ops that installed what for all intentions and purposes is an even more corrupt government in Kiev, with very murky links to Fascist groups.
Enter RT. If you’ve ever watched RT over a prolonged period of time, two things will become evident (1) it is self-evidently a propaganda organ, but a very good one. Contrast it to the fanfare–blaring ham-fisted broadcasts from Radio Moscow of the Cold War and you’ll get the idea of just how good it really is. Looked at a certain way, one could say that the Western media propaganda outlets, Deutsche Welle, The BBC, Radio Liberty, even (for those who can remember it), Radio Free Europe, didn’t have to work all that hard nor be all that sophisticated in their presentations because Soviet propaganda at the time was so bad. In short, the Cold War made western propaganda sloppy and, over time, ineffectual, since they didn’t have any real competition. (2) What makes RT so effective is that it does cover genuine news, often news ignored in the West, and does so with an aim to challenge the inherent systemic contradictions and hypocrisies in western policies and institutions.
And that’s the rub, because those contradictions and hypocrisies are not going to go away, and hence, must be spun to the West’s own audience. Mr. Horrocks, in this reading, is admitting, in other words, that the Western is losing its own people. The problem isn’t therefore, a lack of money; the problem is that the western elite’s playbook is old, well-known, and exposed, and they can’t come up with anything genuinely new. The problem is simply declining faith in the responsiveness of Western elites and governments to their own people, and the declining trust that this has engendered, and RT carefully and deliberately speaks to that growing audience.
And that’s why they need more money: they intend, as the article notes, to go toe-to-toe with Russia (and China), and specifically over the Ukraine issue, but they also need more money because their propaganda has to become much more sophisticated. They intend, beginning in 2015(here comes the prediction) to greatly intensify the propaganda wars against Russia and China. If they’ve been paying attention to RT and its growth(and they obviously have), one of the things they will do (here comes another prediction), is to restore trust in their media outlets by the admission, here and there, of the hypocrisies of western policies and institutions, while targeting their geopolitical agenda. They will of course, do nothing whatsoever to address and rectify those systemic problems in any meaningful or substantive way. So long as banksters aren’t jailed, LIBOR rates continue to be fixed, derivatives of derivatives are traded, mortgage fraud is countenanced, military-industrial complexes are lavishly funded, covert operations and “regime change” to be the order of the day, then RT is going to have a field day, and the BBC is going to spend a lot of money for essentially nothing. But make no mistake, the propaganda wars are going to intensify, because both parties to it know the value of the individual human mind.
