The 2015 G20 Think Tank Summit, the largest so far, opened in Beijing on Thursday, with the theme of global governance and open economy.
The summit is being attended by top think tank representatives, politicians, experts and guests from 20 countries including China, the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan and Germany. The summit will help provide intellectual support for the G20 summit held at end of this year in Turkey and for G20 summit to be held in China in 2016.

I recently commented on a blog that We have (too) “many opportunities to discuss the schism that has increased over the decades in the USA between blind obedience to government, and independence – as in 4th of July Independence Day.
There is a real danger in repeating news media labels (i.e. “right wing militia”)…
There is much to be written on this subject, thus I will not attempt to comment in detail here on that volatile topic that is a mixture of various nuances and distinctions that get misrepresented with labels.
There are significant populations ranging from the young, elderly, conservative, liberal, Wall Street’er upper class, middle class, low class, who support the need for local armed militia as a hedge against government tyranny. And yes there are also smaller hate groups with NAZI/Supremacist/racist mentalities too who can be very vocal and publicized by the mass news media as representative of the greater independent-freedom-supporting-militia.
In closing, I wish to share the awareness that recent American grassroots trends after the 9-11 terror deception in NY and Wash. DC that implemented different government policies and wars has widened the schism I spoke about and simultaneously increased the support for local militias that crosses many socioeconomic boundaries…”
