Steps to Become President of the United States
U.S. Constitution Requirements for a Presidential Candidate:
“The President must:
- Be a natural-born citizen of the United States
- Be at least 35 years old
- Have been a resident of the United States for 14 years
Once the requirements are met, a candidate for President can declare candidacy and register with the Federal Election Commission (FEC) once you receive contributions or make expenditures in excess of $5,000. Within 15 days of reaching that $5,000 requirement, candidates then may file a Statement of Candidacy.”

As of 06 March 2016 I saw a list of 1,611 candidates for the 2016 U.S. President elections.
I did not expect to find the list to be that long.
According to the Federal Election Commission (FEC):
Each individual who is a candidate for federal office must file an FEC Form 2 within 15 days of becoming a candidate. The candidate may file this form on paper or electronically. Paper filers may choose to send a letter that contains the information required on the FEC Form 2, in lieu of the form itself.
Under the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971, as amended (the Act), an individual becomes a candidate for federal office when:
- The individual has received contributions aggregating in excess of $5,000 or made expenditures aggregating in excess of $5,000; or
- The individual has given consent to another person to receive contributions or make expenditures on behalf of him or herself and that person has received contributions aggregating in excess of $5,000 or made expenditures aggregating in excess of $5,000 (11 CFR 100.3(a)).
Funds received and payments made for the purpose of determining whether an individual should become a candidate are not considered “contributions” or “expenditures” that may trigger candidacy. However, only funds permissible under the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971, as amended (the Act) may be used for these exploratory activities. When you look through that very long list of 1,611 presidential candidates that paid over $5000 dollars to get on the official list you will find reasons to laugh.
Some names are statements that show humor, and disgust aimed at, ahem – well let us leave it ambiguous and varied.
But I plainly saw expensive messages of scorn with “names” such as TRUMP, DON’T VOTE FOR; SUCK, PONZI SCHEMES; and other colorful “names“.

Apparently the elite have secret rituals that determines a candidates eligibility that is not written on the official rules at the FEC.
Have all the front runners in the election campaigns gone through a ritual?
(According to previous elected officials, yes – candidates have to accept a membership pledge such as the one from AIPAC or other bankrolled “Super PAC“s.)

I have long since stopped asking if a specific candidate has been bought, or is a puppet, I now ask what secret group is pulling that candidate’s strings?
Which bankster-crime-lords’ House is this candidate a minion of?
It is obvious that if a candidate has not gone through the ritual, they are denied the mass media Hype coverage and never to be taken seriously as a candidate with a possibility to win.
In fact the opposite occurs and mass media labels the candidate a loser, has lost credibility, and lost “support”. Mass media will claim that candidacy is dead.********
On the other side are grassroots and real People who want their campaign to be known by all Americans but did not go through the PAC rituals among the Wall Street Fraternity, and secret societies such as the Free Masons, thus will not be recognized by mass media and never to be heard of by most Americans.

Clinton Eugene Curtis, a computer programmer from Florida, testified before a congressional panel that there are computer programs that can be used to secretly fix elections. He explains how he created a prototype for Florida Congressman Tom Feeny that would flip the vote 51%-49% in favor of a specified candidate.
This happened all the way back in 2001 but you might not have heard anything about this claim unless you searched for it. I’ve seen a Wired News report on this topic and a few local Florida newspaper stories but otherwise, no real media coverage has been provided. Crazy, right? You’d think claims of election rigging software would be splattered all over the news in a sensationalist style a la Weinergate. But no, as it turns out, our news media prefers to point out voting fraud in other nations but not here at home.
I’m not arguing in support of the claims Clinton Curtis makes and I’m not dismissing them. I’m merely pointing out that major news outlets did not cover this story ten years ago. Something this newsworthy – coming from the same state the Bush/Gore election hinged upon – was ignored. With potentially national implications that seem obvious to me, I’m shocked ten years and two elections have gone by with no media mention of these allegations.
How many voting polls now use computer programs for voting? Whether Curtis was right about the alleged voter fraud at the hands of Rep. Tom Feeny is irrelevant. The potential for this kind of software to exist is enough to warrant skepticism on the reliability of computerized voting machines. The lack of media attention on a congressional panel hearing about such fraud is even more frightening.
Mr Curtis a Software programmer who worked for NASA, Exxon Mobil & the US Department of Transportation in a sworn-oath deposition testifies that US elections are rigged by inserting software into the voting system. The timing of this deposition was just after George W Bush being re-elected president of the United States. We are not surprised that this never made it into the main stream media.
Mr Curtis goes on to name US Representatives who attempted to pay him to rig their election vote counts.
