Meanwhile as mass-media headline armed violence in Syria and Ukraine borders, please keep the entire region in focus as the war escalates or for new diplomatic efforts to emerge. And I am surprised I have not found more diplomacy from neighboring countries; if you read about diplomacy then please share what you found.
The state of world affairs are so bad that virtually no diplomacy for peace comes from the West or the United Nations.
Why isn’t there a diplomatic peace consortium of nations being held, is the question that should be asked by everyone each time a world war headline is in the news.
The so-called Washington leadership has the White House escalating NATO military activities, paying private military contractors (or mercenaries) as well as leading the campaign for economic sanctions against Russia.
Recently heavy military assets (including long range missiles that can target to/from Land, Sea, and Air) have been strategically placed along the Russian border by NATO/Kiev forces and Russia.
Putin said: “Armenia is Russia’s strategic partner in South Caucasus” (this is the northern border for Iran and Turkey as well), and I wonder about the possible covert operations that could spark a military campaign in any of those nations.
Putin also accused Ukraine of trying to provoke a new conflict over Crimea…
Not only are cool heads needed, but also intentional focus on stopping the war before it escalates.
Crimea reported two saboteurs died, and another news story reported arresting two Ukrainian saboteurs in Crimea…
