Additional Pro-Hillary, Anti-Trump, DOJ/FBI employees involved in the Hillary-Classified-Email-Trump-Russia-Collusion investigations were found, but their identities remain secret.
Horowitz said the FBI is withholding the names from the public “because they work on counterintelligence.”
To be blunt, the DOJ/FBI was rotten under Clinton/Bush/Obama regimes, and remains rotten under Trump.
Removing 25 consecutive years of corrupt officials in a protection racket with the full institutional power of the U.S. government is the challenge facing Americans.
This corruption is much worse than the news media portrays, because they refuse to investigate a full international conspiracy with a culture of money laundering corruption and deception.

The OIG Report Protects the DOJ/FBI while uncovering facts of misconduct, obstruction, and violations of U.S. Law – similar to what FBI Director James Comey did in the Hillary email scandal.
Thus, a “REAL” Criminal Investigation into the scandals connected to Hillary Clinton’s classified email, the U.S. 2016 Elections, and counter intelligence operations against the Trump campaign is required to have indictments for criminal court hearings.
Without criminal indictments everything is merely a entertaining political game show.

Our report includes, for example, text messages that we recovered just last month, which were significant to our findings.
It also includes an analysis of the FBI’s decision not to request access in May 2016 to certain classified information, a decision that we did not learn of until the later stages of our review.
We found that the inappropriate political messages cast a cloud over the Midyear investigation, sowed doubt about the credibility of the FBI’s handling of it, and impacted the reputation of the FBI. Moreover, we found the implication that senior FBI employees would be willing to take official action to impact a presidential candidate’s electoral prospects to be deeply troubling and antithetical to the core values of the FBI and the Department of Justice.
We did not find documentary or testimonial evidence that improper considerations, including political bias, directly affected those specific investigative decisions, in part because the decisions were made by the larger Midyear team or the prosecutors. This determination by the OIG does not mean that we necessarily endorse the decisions or conclude they were the
most effective among the options considered, or that our finding should or can be extrapolated to cover other decisions made during the course of the investigation by FBI employees who sent inappropriate political messages.We found that the FBI’s explanations for its failure to take immediate action after discovering the Weiner laptop in October 2016 to be unpersuasive, and we did not have confidence that the decision of Deputy Assistant Director Peter Strzok to prioritize the Russia investigation over following up on the Weiner laptop was free from bias.
FBI Director James Comey clearly departed from FBI and Department norms, and his decisions negatively impacted the perception of the FBI and the Department as fair administrators of justice.

IG REPORT – We identified numerous FBI employees, at all levels of the organization and with no official reason to be in contact with the media, who were nevertheless in frequent contact with reporters. Attached to this report as Attachments E and F are two link charts that reflect the volume of communications that we identified between FBI employees and media representatives in April/May and October 2016. We have profound concerns about the volume and extent of unauthorized media contacts by FBI personnel that we have uncovered during our review.
In addition, we identified instances where FBI employees improperly received benefits from reporters, including tickets to sporting events, golfing outings, drinks and meals, and admittance to nonpublic social events. We will separately report on those investigations as they are concluded, consistent with the Inspector General Act, other applicable federal statutes, and OIG policy.
The harm caused by leaks, fear of potential leaks, and a culture of unauthorized media contacts is illustrated in Chapters Ten and Eleven of our report, where we detail the fact that these issues influenced FBI officials who were advising Comey on consequential investigative decisions in October 2016.
[…] We do not believe the problem is with the FBI’s policy, which we found to be clear and unambiguous. Rather, we concluded that these leaks highlight the need to change what appears to be a cultural attitude among many in the organization.
If current and former government officials face indictments, then something significant will change for the better.
But, who will hold their breath waiting for James Comey, Sally Yates, Robert Mueller, Hillary Clinton, John Brennan, James Clapper and other officials to go to prison?
