PANIC:
Is when institutions conjure up visions of the populous not buying products, not showing up for work, withdrawing their assets from the banks, and in other words boycotting institutions where institutions loose all their control due to lack of public support and trust.
That is indeed a nightmare for globalists and their institutions.
The influential power hidden in the shadows of banking, governments, religions, and other elite constructs would panic.

Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld & CIA Officials Face War Crimes Case Filed in Germany

A human rights group in Berlin, Germany, has filed a criminal complaint against the architects of the George W. Bush administration’s torture program. The European Center for Constitutional and Human Rights has accused former Bush administration officials, including CIA Director George Tenet and Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld, of war crimes, and called for an immediate investigation by a German prosecutor.

Cheney’s claim that he would approve torture again highlights a key question: Are top officials above the law, and will the impunity of today lead to more abuses in the future? The question spans a wide chain of command from Cheney, President Bush and other White House officials, who kickstarted the torture program after 9/11…
