A new record: Major publisher retracting more than 100 studies from cancer journal over fake peer reviews
In 2015, Springer retracted 64 papers for compromised reviews from 10 journals, including Tumor Biology. With this latest batch of retractions, the total number of papers retracted for fake reviews is now around 450.

Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) or Lou Gehrig’s disease is a fatal illness.
Medical Journals report “ALS is a progressive neurological disease that causes dysfunction of the nerves that control muscle movement. Over time, this leads to muscle weakness, gradually affecting how the body functions. In the late stages of ALS, the condition affects nerves that control breathing and other vital bodily functions, resulting in death.”
