They dislike annoying grassroots populism with social unrest opposing their policies.

Economic Collapse – What I See Happening

Many write about the looming monetary system crisis, including myself.
Writers call it by many different names: the event, reset, collapse, etc.
Whereas I often share my vision for a world wide agreement of debt free currencies that include complementary community currencies, the institutions are enforcing the perpetuation of this current debt bondage system and suffering.

I have grown weary of frequently reading so much ambiguity and confused thoughts of economic collapse and doom. A persistent economic doom from the 1970’s ’till today, obviously the public economic models are flawed if over all these decades the economists and other experts can not accurately access the operation of the economy.

I will attempt to briefly explain the institutional plans for the international monetary system.
Institutional plans do not always work as planned…

I encourage you to research further and I wish for this discussion to grant you clarity, confidence, and strong sense of survival in a emergency situation.

RESTRUCTURING:

Restructure is more likely than the U.S. default (institutions plan for it, even as they publicly tell you otherwise) because institutions reform and restructure to survive, unless wars and courts prevent them…

*{War is also a possibility, but we are doing our best to prevent armed conflict among the developed nations, and end the existing wars in the weaker nations.}

Put the G20 on your “watch” list as they are the finance ministers along with the central banks and IMF who will restructure their international monetary system, and expect the member nations to enforce their policies on obedient trained citizens. Important to realize that Russia and the BRICS org. are part of the bankers’ monetary system and thus they are not our saviours.

CURRENCY After The Event:
For the United States there are two major issues about the U.S. dollar (USD) as the World Reserve Currency:
(Dumping the dollar has some advantages for the U.S.)

“The dollar is our currency, but it’s your problem.” This is what U.S. Treasury Secretary John Connally said to his counterparts in the Rome G-10 meeting in November, 1971, shortly after the Nixon administration ended the dollar’s convertibility into gold and shifted the international monetary system into a global floating exchange rate regime. The world has been suffering from this “problem” ever since the U.S. obtained the “exorbitant privilege” of issuing the world’s reserve and trade currency under the Bretton Woods system after WWII. –Dollar Imperialism, 2015 Edition by MICHÈLE BRAND and RÉMY HERRERA

1. International Monetary System –

The USD belongs to the (IMS) nations of the world and not to the united states.
Thus, after “the event” there will be a new dollar, approved by the U.S. federal government and executed by the U.S. Treasury department.
That new currency dollar will belong to the U.S. Treasury and its agents (federal reserve or not).
The currency problem is not that it is “fiat”, neither is the problem derived from not being pegged to gold and silver.
The problem is Confidence and Trust.

The international monetary system has lost trust (remember I said I will be brief, research this on your own, and plenty of helpful posts are on this website, and there is no shortage on the internet)…

Many power brokers can no longer trust the USD debt-based international monetary system.

The securitized debts are all suspect, with unknown counter party risks and volatile interest rates. Where the securities can no longer be trusted for the stated values; as the home mortgage backed securities (MBS) melt down revealed in 2008.
Fraud, volatility, and risk are too great, and fuel uncertainty with malinvestment or anemic capital investment.

Today we are left with rumours and speculation if the central banks were able to remove/discharge most of the toxic debts from the system and restore liquidity…

Many wars, imperialism, economic sanctions, retaliations, and the massive corruption that was revealed after the 2008 banker bailouts have led to distrust, insolvency, and instability among other economic connected problems. Not the least of which has been the depositors’ inability to save with current negative interest rates or rates below inflation (ZIRP/NIRP) bank deposits lose value sitting idle in bank accounts.

The banks see depositors as too great a liability for their balance sheets. Depositors are unsecured creditors at a time when investment banks are feverishly trying to move cash seeking short term and immediate yields.

If you haven’t done so, please remove your savings from the bank.

The international bankers are determined and committed to restoring confidence after “the event”.
The bankers may ask what currency has world wide acceptance and confidence?
If none exist, then create one, or a basket of currencies, preferably digital so that 100% tax compliance and other regulatory controls will be set in place. (How convenient BRICS & IMF both claim to have a solution plan)

Perhaps, you have heard of the Direct Deposit, Cryptocurrencies, and Cashless Society?

2. Sovereign Debt –

This is even a bigger topic…

In the text above I touched on the related foreign side of debt, now take a look from the U.S. perspective:

To remain brief, I will say that most of the USD debt is not for or by the American People.
Thus debt, and taxation as the means of paying off the governments’ debt obligations, is the major concern.

MOUNTAIN OF DEBT

Securitization is the foundation of this concept that has been leveraged and rehypothecated until derivative shadows hide risk in a “shadow banking industry” that is now vastly larger than all the real world production and services combined!

If you want to research that rabbit hole then focus on securitization, derivatives, bills of exchange, promissory notes, negotiable instruments, and special purpose (SPV, and SPE).

Also be aware of secret black budget projects and off book accounting.
{NOTE that “Money” is not mentioned; because ‘money’ is an agreement and is negotiable.
Currencies, notes, bonds, and securities are the more appropriate terms, rather than “Money”.}

Obviously, some or all of the computer archived debt will eventually be discharged and zeroed out.
Some national currencies’ value will increase as others’ decline, such as with China and the U.S..

For most of the People, and citizens within nations, the issue will be national currency value and exchange.
What value will the national currencies (electronic bank accounts & cards) have?

How much will food and housing cost?

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) is planning to be a major decision maker with the value of national currencies. They want their SDRs to be the determining factor, but will the member nations agree?

The U.S. has been the lone standout and have failed to ratify, through legislation, the IMF 2010 Quota and Governance Reforms Agreement (DE-Dollarization: a IMF Working Paper provides a summary of the key policies that encourage dedollarization). [Ed: The U.S. did eventually ratify the treaty around December 2015. Read IMF Managing Director Christine Lagarde’s Press Release here.]

{Quick, sidebar: the U.S. claims to protect the USD reserve currency status, but that may not be true. A subtle plan may be to influence (by sanctions and limited warfare) the Eastern power bloc to implement the required services and mechanisms to support a stable redundant/parallel world wide monetary system. China & Russia has finally removed their complacency and implemented alternative credit rating agencies and SWIFT payment system.}

The governments and other major corporations apparently have agreed to accept the new government currencies and bonds, as it shifts control away from the established Anglosphere (UK/U.S. and allies) power bloc.
But will you, the People, accept their new monetary policies?
For the nations, the question is pointless because they are not asking you or the citizens.
Governments do not even disclose the full texts of the international meeting minutes, nor their full text agreements for you to read in its entirety and debate on the mass media news prior to enforcement.

Here is the first carrot that I will dangle in front of you to get you to keep reading! This is from the U.S. CODE.

U.S. CODE is the corporate code of the UNITED STATES Federal corporation. Here it states that “United States” is defined as “a Federal corporation”.

First, understand that the “United States” Federal corporation is a ten mile stretch of land that is not one of the 5o states united, and that this was mandated in Article 1 Section 8 of the Constitution.

Note that this Article only gave the federal government authority over the D.C. land – not to exceed 10 miles square. This is the corporate structure that is the Federal Government. Note that the Government is not allowed to “own” land outside of this 10 mile D.C. area. Also, states are not authorized to “own” land either. So all federal lands, state parks, national parks, etc… are not “property” of the constitutional government.

But a corporation… which the Supreme Court now says is a person too with first amendment rights… that becomes a whole other can of worms!

Now, as referenced above, “The Act of 1871” (Google this term for other pdf files which explain this in more detail, but watch for misinformation as well). It does seem like a redundancy, as mentioned above. Though it does seem to join the few “municipalities” of Washington D.C. into one “municipal corporation”.

But until we do, we know nothing but false history, written by the “victors”. It is also very hard for most to imagine that the constitution that we hold so dearly is not a very good document. It takes away freedom as much as it grants it. The only true freedom is God-given, natural law, not a peace of paper. Besides, most politicians only take a verbal oath, but they do not turn it in in writing, which is what contracts them to the oath… Big grand jury’s going on up in Utah here about that, since about 75% of our government is not sworn in on paper (lawfully). In fact, one of our smaller towns recently passed a code that says legislatures and government workers are not bound by any oath they take. It is city law in Tremonton, Utah!!!

For instance, why would anyone think that the 5th amendment is a good thing, or even idealistically “constitutional”?

Notice that the clause “without due process of law” nullifies the statement before it, and “without just compensation” nullifies the statement before it!

This last part is called the “Takings Clause”, and is what eminent domain is largely based on – taking property and land with “just compensation“.

The statement “except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted” nullifies the former and later statement that slavery is illegal. This didn’t outlaw slavery… it legalized state sanctioned slavery while outlawing private individual ownership!

The constitution is full of these “except” clauses, which is why this holy worship of the constitution is ridiculous in my mind, and why it needs to be rewritten for modern times, not just reinstated. For once in history, the problem with a legal document (the constitution) is that it does not have enough small print!!!

But aren’t the courts there to ensure justice against government tyranny, you know, the whole checks and balances thingy?

The biggest mistake you can make is to get an attorney (plead incompetence and inability to represent yourself, and become a ward of the court) and then go into court to fight anything (consent to the corporate court and its non-statutory legal codes – not law).

Why?

You must understand that the courts are also private corporations. In fact, in Los Angeles they did a freedom of information act and found out that the judges down there build and own the private corporate courts, rent them out to the government for millions of dollars, and write checks on dummy and city “municipal” accounts that are not registered with the IRS! In other words, the court system is a money laundering system. This is happening all over the U.S. It involves the crime families as well, and other corporate structures that would surprise you.

One of the more bizarre aspects of the last nine months of Snowden revelations is how top political officials in other nations have repeatedly demonstrated, or even explicitly claimed, wholesale ignorance about their nations’ cooperation with the National Security Agency, as well as their own spying activities. This has led to widespread speculation about the authenticity of these reactions: Were these top officials truly unaware, or were they pretending to be, in order to distance themselves from surveillance operations that became highly controversial once disclosed?

In Germany, when Der Spiegel first reported last June that the NSA was engaged in mass spying aimed at the German population, Chancellor Angela Merkel and other senior officials publicly expressed outrage – only for that paper to then reveal documents showing extensive cooperation between the NSA and the German spy agency BND. In the Netherlands, a cabinet minister was forced to survive a no-confidence vote after he admitted to having wrongfully attributed the collection of metadata from 1.8 million calls to the NSA rather than the Dutch spying agency.

In the UK, Chris Huhne, a former cabinet minister and member of the national security council until 2012, insisted that ministers were in “utter ignorance” about even the largest GCHQ spying program, known as Tempora, “or its US counterpart, the NSA’s Prism,” as well as “about their extraordinary capability to hoover up and store personal emails, voice contact, social networking activity and even internet searches.”

A similar controversy arose in the U.S., when the White House claimed that President Obama was kept unaware of the NSA’s surveillance of Merkel’s personal cell phone and those of other allied leaders. Senate Intelligence Committee Chairwoman Dianne Feinstein claimed the same ignorance, while an unnamed NSA source told a German newspaper that the White House knew.

A new NSA document published today by The Intercept sheds considerable light on these questions. The classified document contains an internal NSA interview with an official from the SIGINT Operations Group in NSA’s Foreign Affairs Directorate. Titled “What Are We After with Our Third Party Relationships? — And What Do They Want from Us, Generally Speaking?”, the discussion explores the NSA’s cooperative relationship with its surveillance partners. Upon being asked whether political shifts within those nations affect the NSA’s relationships, the SIGINT official explains why such changes generally have no effect: because only a handful of military officials in those countries are aware of the spying activities. Few, if any, elected leaders have any knowledge of the surveillance.

Are our foreign intelligence relationships usually insulated from short-term political ups and downs, or not?

(S//SI//REL) For a variety of reasons, our intelligence relationships are rarely disrupted by foreign political perturbations, international or domestic. First, we are helping our partners address critical intelligence shortfalls, just as they are assisting us. Second, in many of our foreign partners’ capitals, few senior officials outside of their defense-intelligence apparatuses are witting to any SIGINT connection to the U.S./NSA [emphasis added].

The official adds that there “are exceptions, both on the positive and negative sides.” He gives two examples: “For instance, since the election of a pro-American president, one European partner has been much more open to providing information on their own capabilities and techniques, in hope of raising our intelligence collaboration to a higher level. Conversely, another of our partnerships has stalled, due largely to that country’s regional objectives not being in synch with those of the U.S.” In general, however, many of these “relationships have, indeed, spanned several decades” and are unaffected by changes due to elections, in large part because the mere existence of these activities is kept from the political class.

The implications for democratic accountability are clear. In an October Guardian op-ed, Huhne, the British former cabinet minister, noted that “when it comes to the secret world of GCHQ and the [NSA], the depth of my ‘privileged information’ has been dwarfed by the information provided by Edward Snowden to the Guardian.” Detailing what appears to be the systematic attempt to keep political officials in the dark, he wrote: ”The Snowden revelations put a giant question mark into the middle of our surveillance state. It is time our elected representatives insisted on some answers before destroying the values we should protect.”

The dangers posed by a rogue national security state, operating in secret and without the knowledge of democratically elected officials, have long been understood. After serving two terms as president, Dwight D. Eisenhower famously worried in his 1961 Farewell Address about the accumulated power of the “conjunction of an immense military establishment and a large arms industry,” warning of what he called the “grave implications” of “the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military-industrial complex.” He urged citizens: “The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists and will persist. We must never let the weight of this combination endanger our liberties or democratic processes.”

A secret GCHQ memo, reported by the Guardian in October, demonstrates that the agency’s primary motive for concealing its surveillance activities is that disclosure could trigger what it called ”damaging public debate,” as well as legal challenges throughout Europe. Those fears became realized when, in the wake of Snowden revelations, privacy lawsuits against the agency were filed in Europe, GCHQ officials were forced to publicly testify for the first time before Parliament, and an EU Parliamentary inquiry earlier this year concluded NSA/GCHQ activities were likely illegal. The British agency was also concerned about “damage to partner relationships if sensitive information were accidentally released in open court,” given that such disclosures could make citizens in other countries aware, for the first time, of their government’s involvement in mass surveillance.
