PANIC!
What does it mean?
.
.
It depends on who is using the word…
No one wants a PANIC.
But the WORD panic has many very different meanings.
Some conjure up in their mind a vision of a panic attack which is a health issue known as “Anxiety“…
Some conjure up in their mind a vision of community disorder and chaos where people are rioting and burning buildings…
But institutions conjure up visions of the populous not buying products, not showing up for work, withdrawing their assets from the banks and in other words boycotting institutions where institutions loose all their control.
*If religious institutions loose their control because friendly and intelligent off-worlders (EXTRATERESTRIALS) made their presence known then Organized Religion would say the people have panicked…
*If financial institutions loose their control because the populous lost trust and withdrew their assets, stopped paying mortgages and stopped depositing and trading their assets then Organized Banking would say the people have panicked…
*If governing institutions loose their control because the populous stopped protesting and stopped filing and paying their revenue taxes then the governments would say the people have panicked.
Indeed, Institutions want to avoid a PANIC.
During these scenarios the institutions would loose control and have at their disposal only the use of FORCE and VIOLENCE in their toolkit.
Thus Institutions have justified, to themselves, a policy to maintain SECRETS AND CONTROL.
The Ugly Truth is that:
“No matter who you vote for, the Government always gets in.”
Govern – Middle English, from Anglo-French governer, from Latin gubernare to steer (pilot), govern, from Greek kybernan First Known Use: 14th century. Means to have decisive influence : CONTROL, EXERCISE AUTHORITY, and To MANIPULATE
Ment – Middle English, from Anglo-French, from Latin -mentum; akin to Latin -men, suffix denoting concrete result or action : process <development
President Barack Obama came into office in January promising a new era of openness.
But now, like Bush before him, Obama is playing the national security card to hide details of the controversial AGREEMENTS being negotiated across the globe.
Yet again creating many
MORE SECRETS…
Love said he asked why the administration would not lift the ACTA veil of secrecy.
“‘The reason we can’t make it public is people would walk away from the table,’” Love said Kirk told him.
U.S. Trade Representative Ron Kirk reportedly spills the beans about why the ACTA talks are being conducted secretly.
But we now know that the real reason for secrecy, the one suspected all along, was that the United States does not think it could reach an accord with Europe and the nearly dozen other nations if the proposal came under public scrutiny. – http://www.wired.com/threatlevel/2009/12/feds-fear-acta-scrutiny/

The International Telecommunications Union, the UN agency at the center of a firestorm over new efforts to regulate the Internet, is preparing a social media campaign to target what it expects will be fierce opposition to a revised telephone treaty being decided next month at a secret conference in Dubai.

Should A Government increasingly led and ruled by crisis be considered in a state of “Martial Law”, or “State of Siege”, or “State of Emergency”?

“the Brookings Report” — which increasingly seems to have played a crucial role in determining official NASA policy (if not that of other branches of the Federal government) on the controversial subject of “solar system artifacts” … for more than thirty years.
