The U.S. Government is bankrupt (not really), actually they want to continue to fund their shadow operations (military industrial complex, secret space projects “Black Budget”, and global financial cartel) without regard to the needs of the citizens, while simultaneously foreign revenues are declining as the nations have lost confidence in the U.S. Government as a honest broker. Thus the Dollar as the world’s reserve currency is on the way out.

MICHAEL RIVERO is the webmaster of WhatReallyHappened.com and host of the What Really Happened radio shows on the Republic Broadcasting Network.

Karl Denninger: Obama Care Could Implode Before the End of the Year
Karl Denninger of Market-Ticker.org says Obama Care is destined to be a disaster. Denninger says, “What Congress calculated rather coldly is they could shove a gun up young people’s backs and make them fork up the money.” There are two very big problems with this, according to Denninger, “They have no reason to buy today, and the fine is insufficient motivation because it is a small fraction of the premium.”
Denninger predicts, “This is not going to bring down healthcare costs.
This is going to accelerate costs.
This is extremely bad law.”

According to the CBO, Obamacare needs at least 7 million people to enroll in order to remain solvent. In its first week, only 51,000 applied and even fewer enrolled. Needless to say, this is a disastrous opening two weeks and an embarrassing failure by all accounts.Even the 51K people are suspect….
The administration claims the Obamacare online exchanges crashed because the Web site got more than 8 million hits in the first week. Please. You know how many people visit Amazon.com every week? As the Congressional hearing, to apportion blame for the farce that Obamacare has already become, gathers steam the overwhelming theme from the four witnesses is “it’s not our fault,” and as much as the Congressmen dive deeply into the process, the more it is clear that the left hand had no idea what the right hand was doing in yet another government-funded SNAFU. The entire discussion can be summed up by CGI’s comments that “our portion of the application worked as designed.” Indeed, all of the contractors point the finger back at the government’s Centers for Medicare and Medicaid as responsible for “end to end testing,” and ultimately the #fail.

According to prepared testimony, CGI Federal, the lead contractor for HealthCare.gov, will say the federal agency in charge of the project was “the ultimate responsible party for the end-to-end performance of the overall” health exchange.

CGI also said its system passed eight technical reviews before going live and that problems came instead from a system designed by another contractor, UnitedHealth Group Inc ‘s Optum unit, which verifies users’ identities. That “created a bottleneck that prevented the vast majority of users from accessing” the exchange, according to testimony of Cheryl Campbell, a senior vice president at CGI Federal.

Committee Chairman Fred Upton of Michigan asks the contractors if they knew the site would have “crippling problems.” CGI’s Campbell says that “our portion of the application worked as designed” and repeated that “end-to-end testing was the responsibility of the (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid).”
“We anticipate that people will be able to enroll in the time that is allotted,” said CGI’s Campbell (which is Dec. 15 if you want insurance on Jan. 1). “As painful as it sounds, I know it’s a difficult system, but the system is working.

“If there was a silver bullet to answer that question, I would give it to you,” says CGI’s Campbell. “It’s the end-to-end aspect that is a challenge.”
In other words, whoever was running the overall project was asleep at the wheel…

“We are at the cusp of another round of global monetary easing,” said Joachim Fels, co-chief global economist at Morgan Stanley in London.
Policy makers are reacting to another cooling of global growth, led this time by weakening in developing nations while inflation and job growth remain stagnant in much of the industrial world. The risk is that continued stimulus will inflate asset bubbles central bankers will have to deal with later. Already, talk of unsustainable home-price increases is spreading from Germany to New Zealand, while the MSCI World Index of developed-world stock markets is near its highest level since 2007.
