What Is A Mystery School?
A mystery school researches reality, as in the observational and experimental study of spiritual and material experience upon consciousness. (Another way of saying everything we can know and experience. Some People are and would be afraid of these ideas that dare to explore the nature of god, or to unseat the power of the throne and governments. Indeed knowledge can be used for good and bad, or for wars and empires.)
Following the ancient Babylonian threads into later civilizations, much was revealed. Interestingly, Egypt called itself Khem, meaning Black or Darkness -“The Black Land” or Land of Darkness- Khem also distinguished the kingdom into Lower and Upper Khem which included most of Eastern Africa and the Arabian Peninsula.
Knowledge of Math/geometry, herbs, substances (Khemicals/chemicals), surgery, healing, foods, observation/cataloging, contemplation (meditation), were some of the disciplines practiced in Khem.
In some regions the wise or priest were called Magi.
Is it difficult to consider, how then knowledge from “the Black Land” was feared as black-magic, or how later researchers and practitioners in Europe as alchemists or hermeticists became feared and secretive for studying the ancient teachings from Khem?
Khemists, hermeticists, and alchemists, were later hidden or classified forbidden knowledge and practices; yet contemporary chemists’ and astronomers’ knowledge descended from the ancient Khem.
Many stories circulate that during the Middle Ages some practitioners were hunted down for various reasons, such as spreading information and knowledge to others, potential rivals, and even the masses (peasants).
Oh, before I forget! I note the seldom cited fact that some mystery schools and secret societies were responsible for weeding out imposters, impersonators, the poorly skilled, and those incapable of, or unwilling to master the disciplines. I note one documented example of the Oculists secret society that practiced eye surgery and may be responsible for contemporary Ophthalmology.
The Oculists used encrypted secret coded text to protect their secrets.
Thus, we note the mystery schools, the Occult, and secret societies (hidden knowledge and practices) has a vast lineage of ancient dramatic mystery stories with technological advances, spies, espionage, and murder.
In the ancient world mystery schools were extremely influential; perhaps they still are today both as disinformers and informers, or as good and bad scientists… (NASA and the Smithsonian Institute are two institutions singled out for hiding information and knowledge from the public, but there are many other institutions repressing knowledge and technology).
Among the famous ancients who were in mystery schools we can include:
Leonardo Da Vinci, Copernicus, Galileo, Pythagoras, Plato, Plotinus, and many more; most of those researchers’ writings are considered the foundation for modern science disciplines of medicinal, chemical, and physical academia.
Statism, as institutional governance and domination, continues today the efforts to control information, knowledge and the ignorant masses, aka “citizens”.
Math, Geometry, Physics, and Poetry?
A few lines from: The Rubaiyat of Omar Khayyam translated by Richard Le Gallienne
I am deeply intrigued with Omar, or as some have translated his name as Umar; who was said to be born May 18, 1048, Ghiyāth al-Dīn Abū al-Fatḥ ʿUmar ibn Ibrāhīm al-Nīsābūrī al-Khayyāmī in ancient Iran region.
This “Persian mathematician, astronomer, and poet,” renowned in his own country and time for his “scientific” achievements but chiefly known to English-speaking readers through the translation of a collection of his robāʿīyāt (“quatrains”) in The Rubáiyát of Omar Khayyám.
During that ancient era astronomy did not exist – there was Astrology, and neither existed science for there was Natural Philosophy. Astronomy and science were later institutions after the death of skillful researchers such as Omar Khayyam. We should note the important distinctions when speaking about the ancient researchers, they were Astrologers, not astronomers; they were Philosophers – not scientists, and that was great for them!
Calling a skilled researcher and disciplined observer a scientist is not a compliment.
The reader should ask the question are there mystery schools today that continued the Khemet disciplines or the ancient research of Astrology and Natural Philosophy?
If some secret societies exist, may some of them have hidden knowledge and technologies that advance beyond what is available to the public?
I dare say truth contradicts modern science, and engineering is the real celebration of modern times as opposed to science. Often, applied research of the technicians, craftsmen, machinist must correct with real world application, the faults of the theorists. Another observation reveals many technological advances and inventions where not science, but rather accidents and trial and error determination. Yet despite that fact, most often science is erroneously credited with inventions. I am surprised that science doesn’t claim they invent chairs and shoes too.
Oh, wait they do!
I have heard science worshipers claim “Nicola Tesla was only a inventor and was not a scientist!” Perhaps that demeaning characterization of Tesla was partially due to his many criticisms of modern science abandoning the natural philosophy discipline for Ad hoc nonsense theories?
I am reminded that the “famous scientist” Einstein invented a refrigerator that functioned so poorly to be unusable.
Remember that the ancients had the wholistic (holistic) approach to cosmology that all is connected, in what would be erroneously termed an interdisciplinary approach by academics today. That view is erroneous because the ancients researched consciousness, and spirituality as the natural reality that manifests the material phenomena we most commonly interact with. Thus being as fluent in as many phenomena as possible to better comprehend the interaction of all things as a connected whole conscious soul.
However, the academics of today dismiss spirituality, meditation, and mindfulness/consciousness in a mechanistic, material matter model of reality, then science specializes into separate fields of study, and to further hinder themselves, they consider reality a cosmological random accident!
Fortunately, some of their science associates differ, and are labelled “Creationists”, or “pseudoscience”.
Be not confused, for Creationists are not in a related discipline to the Natural Philosopher or the Hermeticist.
The Creationists may not share a holistic cosmological model, rather they merely share the notion that reality is not a random accident.
Yet, when one begin to consider the universe has elements by design then a rabbit hole of investigative research opens up for those willing to look.
Indeed, the trend of doubting the current “science” standard cosmological model has risen to such a high pitch that “crisis in science” and the calls for a “new science” are popular topics.
The most recent controversy in the sciences that I am aware of was discussed at CERN’s large hadron collider in Geneva:

As a child I experienced the presence of the departed spirits of my mother and then years later of her mother – my grandmother. Those first hand experiences influenced me to take seriously the accounts of astral projection, and extrasensory perception (ESP), beyond the ordinary five senses of sight, hearing, smell, taste, and touch; even beyond great distances and time.
A few years ago (months prior to the 11 March 2011 Japan Tsunami/Fukushima nuclear reactor disaster), I had the dream-state premonition of a Asian Tsunami with massive destructive floods. After I woke I shared my vivid dream with my wife. We were amazed months later when we learned of the Fukushima disaster.
Since the Fukushima event I have been repeatingly distracted with the concept of waters above and waters below. This repeating thought and musings obviously led me to the Genesis scriptures:
“And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters. And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament: and it was so. And God called the firmament Heaven. And the evening and the morning were the second day.” (Genesis 1:6-8 KJV)
And the esoteric texts such as:
Philalethes in his Introitus Apertus 1667, chapter sixth “On the Air of the Sages” states there are waters above the firmament which we are unable to see while the waters under the firmament are visible to us mortals. Then he goes on mentioning those which, though hidden within matter, nevertheless have a real existence.
The art above could be interpreted as Astronauts deploying a satellite similar in looks to the Soviet’s Sputnik…
When I see wings in ancient artifacts I always consider engineered flight transportation, and the word heaven is synonymous to sky or “outer space”. Realize that this same symbolism is used today, and examples are plenty in aviation with wings, and birds symbolizing engineered flight or aircraft.
Aviators work hard to earn their “wings“. One can sail the liquid seas or sail the aery winds.
I also note that air (atmosphere) is water (H2O) in gaseous (water vapor) form. Some people do not consider that fact, even though heavenly clouds rain down upon them…
In conclusion, I wish to share the consideration that we can not rely on institutions for governance, spirituality, solutions, UFO disclosure and knowledge; rather we must rely on ourselves to develop our Spirit, to discover and implement knowledge, remedies, and solutions.

Libyan glass:
There is a lot of this stuff in the Libyan desert stretching over 10s of kilometers. The transparent-to-translucent pieces are clear-to-opaque white or yellow-to-green in colour,because of the varying degrees of its meteoritic metal content (iron/nickel/trace cobalt) which is never higher than 2% of the overall material (98%+ silicon dioxide) and is the purest “natural” glass found anywhere in the world. ARCHAEOGENETICS, ANCIENT TEXTS, AND THE TOWER OF BABEL MOMENT

Now this poses certain problems when one is attempting to reconcile modern science with ancient texts and the attempts of various researchers to use those texts to situate the origins of humanity. I am, of course, referring to the various Mesopotamian texts that seem to indicate some deliberate genetic engineering of humanity long ago by what may best be described as our genetic cousins. For most such researchers, those texts – everything from the Kharsag Tablets to the apocryphal and pseudepigraphal works such as Enoch – indicate the origins of humanity in Mesopotamia, with some researchers, Andrew Collins or the O’Briens for example, even attempting to locate the actual Garden of Eden in the Fertile Crescent area. Additionally, the dispersion of humanity in most of those researchers’ views began much more recently than modern genetics will allow.
Such questions I left deliberately unanswered in Genes, Giants, Monsters and Men because I believe that science has yet to learn everything it can that might shed light on the interpretation of these ancient texts. But these recent studies, confirming the “out of Africa” hypothesis, do raise some interesting speculative possibilities. Most ancient legends speak of a “Tower of Babel Moment” of history (if I may be permitted to use that wonderful expression of Leonard Bernstein), when mankind’s ancient social unity was broken by whatever means by the gods (and the means vary from culture to culture, including the familiar Biblical and Mesopotamian confounding of the language), and mankind was dispersed over the Earth.
Geneticists are, in their own oblique way, confirming such a “Tower of Babel Moment” by highlighting a particular period of history, ca 60,000-70,000 years ago, when mankind, for whatever reason, began the migration from Africa, more or less splitting whatever primordial cultural unity that existed. If one couples the ancient stories with modern genetics, this means quite simply that the location and time frame of those stories has to be revised not much farther back in time than the pure “textualist” researchers in most cases have advocated, but also that the location for the stories – if one is taking them in a more or less historical sense as containing at least some kernel of historical truth – must be relocated to Africa.
And that means, quite simply, that if there was a “Tower of Babel Moment,” or even perhaps a Tower of Babel, that it would be most comfortably – at least as far as modern science might be inclined to view the story (if it views it at all) – in Africa.

This attempt to suppress “uncomfortable” archaeological data has been done by a variety of methods, most of which were documented – along with a vast catalogue of archaeological anomalies that “didn’t fit the public historical spin” – by Cremo and Thompson in their 900 page tome, Forbidden Archeology. One favorite method has been to accuse those who present unusual archaeological findings, or who maintain views in opposition to the standard model, as “pseudoscience.”
And in particular, this effort has concentrated itself around the occasional discovery of the bones of “giants,” taller than human remains of hominids or, in some cases, actual humans. In fact, in this respect, the coverup and “covert antiquities war” appears to have originated in the nineteenth century, for as I recounted in Genes, Giants, Monsters and Men, there are persistent rumors of the actual destruction of such remains.
But the stories of their discovery keep appearing, and usually in countries not entirely under the thumb of the Anglosphere oligarchs:

Of course, such stories and photos and can faked, photoshopped, and fed into the idea stream of the Internet by just about anybody. And in this case, the fact that this “skeleton” is now on display in an “ancient aliens” amusement park in Switzerland raises one’s suspicion meter into the red zone, and it should. It’s a convenient way to cast the whole subject into a dubious light.
What cannot, however, be so misdirected is the Ecuadorian broadcast itself, and that such bones were sent to the Smithsonian. So far, to my knowledge, the Smithsonian isn’t commenting.
But what also cannot be misdirected is the venue of their purported discovery: the “Gods’ cemetery,” a cemetery apparently full of such giant bones. In Ecuador…
…thousands of miles away from Mesopotamia, where one of its ancient texts referred to a time when “there were giants in the Earth.”
So why would the oligarchs of a breakaway civilization seek to recover such finds, then suppress public knowledge of their existence, and ridicule those who would maintain that they not only existed, but that there was a covert antiquities war taking place, a war that included the suppression of large scale public acknowledgement of their existence?
As I averred yesterday, one reason might be that they were fearful of a repeat of a Tower of Babel Moment of history, that, literally, they were afraid of yet another intervention from the “gods.” But another reason also comes to mind: when a civilization is in a state of collapse, and its elites know it, one of the first things that gets done is the secreting of its archives and treasures, and the attempt to preserve knowledge for the future.
… and that, too, is what those ancient texts and esoteric traditions also suggest happened, long ago, in the High Antiquity of the Gods.
GIANT TOOLS AND AXES

Now, assuming for a moment that these pictures are genuine and not photoshopped, then we’re left with a problem. Or rather, several problems.
The first is, obvious, as the article points out, that sixty pound sledge hammers would be difficult for average humans to wield:
“A 60-pound sledge hammer would look like this and be impossible for us to wield. Yet, such a hammer (64 pounds) was found in Great Orme Mines in Wales. It is extrapolated that such a being would need to be 12-15 feet tall to wield that safely and efficiently.”
Readers of my books will recall that in Genes, Giants, Monsters, and Men, I delved a great deal into the various legends from around the world about human tribal memories of the “Gigantomachy”, the wars of humans with humanoid giants. Most academic approaches, which I attempted to review in that book, stress that what the ancients were doing were simply finding the bones of large dinosaurs and extrapolating from them that they belonged to the giants of their lore and traditions. As I pointed out there, however, this requires a certain
assumption that the ancients were simply incapable of distinguishing between the bones of dead animals from those of dead “large humanoids.”
But tools such as this are quite another matter. As are ancient “Minoan” and “Cretan” battle axes. Then we have “the Finland Swords Problem”, and again, I am assuming these pictures are not photoshopped and that the implied scale of objects depicted (a “normal” sized Viking sword is really normal sized, and the compared sword is therefore extraordinarily large, as the article avers):
“These swords above were found in Finland by some metal detecting enthusiasts, along with a body that was fairly well preserved. He was buried with a Viking era sword (the small one) and this enormous sword of unknown origin….”
The article draws this conclusion, however:
“Conclusion
“It would appear that ancient man was either very ambitious in the design of some of his implements which would not be ergonomically feasible, or these gigantic implements were not made by Homo sapiens. Considering the amount of work that went into making these implements, frivolous reasons seem to be low on the list.”(Emphasis added)
This, however, is perhaps an unmerited assumption. Clearly, if genuine, these implements were made by some
sort of humanoid, either some lost “genetic cousin” in the genus homo, or by some earlier and taller version of homo sapiens. The stories of discoveries of giant bodies abound in the alternative research field, and the real question for me is why no attempt has been made (or at least publicly admitted to!) to do DNA testing on these creatures. (My strong suspicion is that such tests have probably been done, secretly, and are a currently closely held secret for what they might reveal).
But what really caught my eye in this short article was this statement:

Scattered around the area were a great many artefacts of stone and of pottery (seemingly now all stolen in recent months). Many of these objects appeared to be stone tools that could have been used either in mining or refining some kind of metal ore. Amongst these tools are some that would be extremely difficult for a normal size human being to use in any practical fashion, this has led to a strong suspicion that this is one of the legendary lost cities of the giants, well known in local Ecuadorian legends about the Amazonian area, such places generate great fear among the members of today’s jungle tribes as they are believed to be protected either by spirit guardians or by beings not of this world.” (Boldface emphasis added)
Pyramidal structures of megalithic construction and “super-sized” large tools found in the area and same
context? If true, that raises the stakes considerably, for it would seem to connect at least one set of pyramidal structures with the lore and legends of giants. And that lore and legendary association in almost all human traditions is a lore of a “gigantomachy,” a “war with the giants,” a “cosmic war” if one reads the Greek version with its planetary and astrological associations with Saturn (Kronos) in mind. Funny thing, too: Saturn has a “curiously artificial-looking Moon” called Iapetus, Mars, named for the God of War in many cultures (Aires, Hercules, Errakal, Nergal), has what appears to be pyramids scattered on its surface. Dr Tom Van Flandern revived the 19th century idea of an exploded planet as the origin of the asteroid belt. A planet he believed may have been solid, of much larger mass than the Earth, and water bearing. If that planet was home to intelligent life, then under those gravitational circumstances, perhaps that planet was home to very large humanoid life.
Bottom line: Large tools capable of being wielded effectively by people 12-15′ tall? Then perhaps it is time to start taking those ancient stories and traditions seriously, and to quit thinking our ancesters were – per the modern academic approach – so stupid as to not be able to tell the difference between dinosaur bones and human ones, and that they did not confabulate them into a “mythology,” but rather, that the mythology was attempting to preserve a key part of human history.
