He has held responsible positions in large engineering construction organizations, mostly in Nuclear Projects of the Department of Atomic Energy, India. He was also deputed abroad for a year at Douglas Point Nuclear Project, Canada. He retired in 1997 from his position as Executive Nuclear Director, Nuclear Power Corporation, Department of Atomic Energy, India, and is the former Project Director of the Kaiga Atomic Power Project.

Failure by the Republican lead Congress to pass the required legislation is quickly leading to a situation where China will get exactly what it stated it wanted back in 2009, namely an international reserve currency which is not directly connected to any one national currency, including there own, and having their currency, the renminbi, added to the SDR basket composition.

The only difference now would be that the RMB will be added to the SDR basket at a much larger and more valuable weight than it would have been back in 2010, if the reforms had been implemented at that time.

The debt is due, after all adjustments, and it could be enforced by other means — unless the truth is that the borrowers ARE off the hook because the original debt, upon which all other debts deals rely as their foundation, has already been paid off. Then the homeowner doesn’t owe the money on the original debt and if somebody wants to make a case against the homeowner for recovery of what they actually lost then let them bring that action.

Both Citigroup and JPMorgan have paid billions of dollars to settle fraud charges by regulators.
Both are also under investigation by the U.S. Justice Department. In addition, both banks hold life insurance on many of their employees. When an employee dies, the death benefit is paid to the corporation tax free.
The practice is called Bank-Owned Life Insurance (BOLI).
Just four of Wall Street’s largest banks (JPMorgan, Bank of America, Wells Fargo and Citigroup) hold a total of $68.1 billion in Bank-Owned Life Insurance assets according to their regulatory filings.
