Justin: What Did The OPPT Really Do for Humanity?

There is a LOT to learn from this post. Why has no one being able to get their value acknowledged by the banks? What is the purpose of the Bond Documents if the banks do not want to play? What the BIG picture of all this really is, for you, me and the whole planet.

When I was reading this, there was an aha moment when it came to the big picture, the holistic perspective. Many of us are frustrated that our lives have not improved by accessing our value with debt instruments; money.

Some Big questions about the former OPPT and its ultimate purpose:

Why did OPPT secure our value and then not allow us a way to access it?
Why did Heather talk about CVAC’s and DOV’s only to delay releasing the documents?
If the OPPT was not about allowing people to access their value via debt instruments, what was the over all purpose of the OPPT?
How did the OPPT TRULY help the freeing of humanity?
What is the inner meaning of the OPPT for US (those who are reading these words, living in the slavery systems)?

The post answers all these, but in attempts to express them more directly, I will elaborate on each one with my personal perspective on the meaning of all these data points. Again theses are MY answers based on data I have reviewed, and distilled for myself. I did not talk directly to Heather, D, or anyone.

1. Why did the OPPT secure our value and then not allow us a way to access it?
– The OPPT filings secured our value FROM THE BANKING SYSTEMS, not into our hands.
– The value we normally think of in our daily lives, is actually a symbol of value (money, gold, silver, goods and services etc). Value is actually an intangible relationship of a BEing with respect to their DOing. A fisherman value’s a fishing rod because they can use it to fish, this DOing is something the BEing value’s. But the fishing rod by itself, has no value, it requires a BEing to draw value from within themselves, that is then associatable as a symbol; the fish caught by the pole. With this in mind, the OPPT used a figure to lay claim against the former systems, using their own rules. This prevents them from further using OUR value (representations) to energize the slavery systems in this way.
– The value has always been, and always will be accessible by YOU. Your value is energetic, and the only limits which have been placed on it, are within your mind (more on this later).
– The BIG picture with this question is, we are enslaved by our own actions, via our beliefs and thought processes. The OPPT brought things back to PRIME.
– PRIME, in this case means the absolute value system: good will. Money is presently used, and accepted by the masses as MIND CONTROL. Bringing back to prime means acknowledging this within yourself, realizing the new system will involve NO MIND CONTROL.
– Finally, the slavery systems were 2 fold:

1. A deep level of self policing mind control, created within EACH INBODIMENT, seeing money as creative energy, and money REPLACING ALL other forms of creative energy within the mind of the enslaved person. (this is the largest and most dense part of the slavery system).

2. An external accounting system to manage the debt based fraud (the hidden books, strawman accounts, ucc chattel paper etc). The second was foreclosed late last year, the former is still alive and well in the vast majority of people on earth.

2. Why did Heather talk about CVAC’s and DOV’s only to delay releasing the documents?
– per the following post by D, the banking system was, and is DONE. The powers that be/were DO NOT want to revive it. They have been trying to push an RV and BASAL III. Even if you still think the Cabal has major power, by all evidence available in the media, they are not able to fund their own operations. In other words, the people who run the whole external slavery system, have decided NOT to reset it.
– Heather mentioned several times that things are happening within the system which caused the delay of the documents. Given the system was foreclosed on last year, and the system itself is not intending on reviving it, then DOV’s will not be accepted until the system has changed; I think.
– As mentioned above the slavery system is still alive and well. The meat and potatoes of it is the self policing Mind Control created by the beliefs of those still addicted to money and the things they ‘need’ which money can provide them. Until this has changed (by each INBODIMENT doing the Inner work, and healing their addictions) a sweeping change wont happen as the field is still sown with minds wanting to be enslaved.

3. If the OPPT was not about allowing people to access their value via debt instruments, what was the over all purpose of the OPPT?
– I answered this above, but I’ll restate it again here. The OPPT foreclosed on the accounting structure of the slavery system. The part that is still energized by INBODIMENTS, was also brought into focus for the world to see; we are still reconciling this within. As each INBODIMENT realizes they are the ones that actually energize the slavery system, via their beliefs and self policed limitations, we will begin to sow the seeds of TRUE FREEDOM in the consciousness of all.

4. How did the OPPT TRULY help the freeing of humanity?
– Again, humanity is enslaved by their CONSENT. We have all accepted the limiting beliefs and systems of thought within ourselves, until we un-consent, those systems will still have power over us. The former OPPT revealed the external symbol (the ucc slavery systems, Cestui Que trusts, Strawman accounts etc) of the External slavery system. Now that we have brought the full truth INTO FOCUS, we can being to heal ourselves of the INNER SLAVERY we unwittingly consented to.

5. What is the inner meaning of the OPPT is for US (those who are reading these words, living in the slavery systems, having to feed ourselves, pay bills, mortgage, etc)?
– The TRUE power of the former OPPT’s work is what it reveals about OURSELVES. We have all bought into: addictions, slavery systems, good and services – pushed by our would-be masters. Many feel like there is no choice, that they HAVE TO pay their mortgage (or fear loosing their home), HAVE TO pay their medical bills (to keep getting the toxic care from the death management system) HAVE TO buy food from the store (which is soft kill poison) because there isn’t anything else, HAVE TO have money for movies, video games, toys for the kids, school supplies etc (because my children shouldn’t have to suffer!)
– The hard truth, many of us do not want to acknowledge is we need none of these things. We are all addicted to the lifestyle we have been living for years, and one which invariably causes suffering to us and our loved ones. Why do we want a better world yet only see the old things as indications of our success?
– The inner work which the OPPT offered us is to reveal to us all the limitations we have been energizing, telling ourselves ‘we have no choice, we have to etc’ The truth is we DO NOT HAVE TO, we CHOSE TO, and although it can be unnerving to question your long held beliefs, they are the thing that is holding you, and the rest of humanity back.

I know it’s not easy to hear that all of the horrific things in your life, you have unwittingly consented to. But once you can accept this, you can being to change it.

Many of us are doing this work now. From my point of view, watching the past years work, I have made leaps and bounds in understanding just what part I played in enslaving my fellow man, and what part I can play by changing myself within. Thank about how much has changed within your understanding and awareness in a years time!

We each have a divine role to play in this, but are we TRULY acknowledging it? Your power is so amazing, so energetic, so all influencing that the choices you make in your mind, to still consent to the system, have GLOBAL and UNIVERSAL ramifications.

Go within and look to see how you have stopped doing the work, and how this is probably the thing that is holding you back, not only with respect to understanding the role the former OPPT has played, but also what your TRUE purpose is in bringing about the global shift and change for humanity.

To Build a Community Economy, Start With Solidarity

“United for Hire started as a worker-owned co-op by tenants who said, ‘Why should we pay outsiders for landscaping?’”

When Cecilia Pastor greeted us at the door of an empty unit at Spring Meadow Apartments in Springfield, Mass., she was surrounded by the harsh smell of paint and the cleaners she had used to scour the space to make it presentable for a new tenant. A petite 30-year-old woman, she was working for United for Hire, a worker-controlled landscaping, snow removal, and cleaning firm operated by the innovative nonprofit Alliance to Develop Power (ADP). “One thing I have learned and really like in United for Hire is we work in a community economy, and the money circulates,” she said. “And we have good salaries where we can support our families.”

A powerful idea

“Building a community economy.” That ethic, heard from ADP members and workers alike, defines the Springfield-based nonprofit. Deputy Director Keya Hicks, who was an active member before joining the staff, explains the power of the idea, loosely taken from the work of the late feminist scholar Julie Graham: “These are folks who live right in the community. They want their lawns to be mowed. They want their snow to be removed. They work for United for Hire; they pay rent from those checks to keep the property running, so the wealth circulates in the community.”

For a relatively poor city like Springfield and the surrounding area in the Pioneer Valley of western Massachusetts, this is a powerful idea. For the 21-year-old ADP, it means that enriching the social ties and cooperative ethic among its members and within the community is just as important as economic development or political organizing (a recent campaign stopped a transit fare hike). It is that larger vision of building a web of solidarity that distinguishes ADP and United for Hire from other community development organizations that also aim to stabilize the local economy, create affordable housing, and nurture advocacy.

Hicks joined ADP while living at one of the four independent complexes of Section 8 housing that are the social and economic anchor for ADP’s work. ADP created these “cooperatives,” as it calls them, by buying out existing housing developments from private owners and creating freestanding 501(c)(3) nonprofits for each, as required by the Department of Housing and Urban Development at the time. The tenants control their housing through a democratically elected board.

While legally independent of ADP, the four developments are represented on ADP’s board, and their tenants are a core part of ADP’s membership base. The management company that operates the housing largely hires ADP members to run them—including using United for Hire to maintain the grounds and apartments.

A new ownership model

“It’s quite simple how we got to the community ownership model,” where housing or the workplace are cooperatively run but not necessarily cooperatively owned, said ADP Executive Director Tim Fisk. “United for Hire started as a worker-owned co-op by tenants [of the four buildings] who said, ‘Why should we pay outsiders for landscaping?’” But many of the original founders drifted away, and the four who remained struggled without regular paychecks, doing seasonal work. In 2008, ADP bought out the remaining workers and turned the worker co-op into a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that it controls. Its nine workers now earn at least $15 an hour and are hired from among ADP’s activist base. Even though they are not owners, the workers—like those in a co-op—set policy and discuss work problems and politics at monthly meetings.
When people get confused about what a nonprofit is doing mowing lawns, “I just say this is a community-owned business,” says ADP Deputy Director William Cano.

Since early 2012, Craig Buchanan has served as United for Hire’s manager. He not only creates the crew’s schedules and organizes the monthly staff meetings, he uses his ties in the construction industry to prospect for new clients beyond the four housing cooperatives so that United for Hire can grow.

Shared benefits

In shifting United for Hire out of the worker-cooperative model, the community also faced a larger question: Why should the earnings be directed only to the worker owners? “Now … the surplus is distributed to all ADP members through the programming that we do,” said Fisk. That includes its advocacy for better economic conditions for the whole community, not only its workers.

ADP projects gross sales of $850,000, 40 percent of which goes to the workers in wages, with $200,000 supporting ADP. It has a total of 43 workers in its network. That includes those organizing for immigration reform or those staffing the ADP Worker Center/Casa Obrera, which fights for fair pay and offers ESL classes and affordable financial services to its 800 dues-paying members. It includes the 10-hour-a-week job that tenant Orlando Soto took on over the summer—he drove a truck that carried vegetables from a local farm to the Spring Meadow Complex making fresh produce accessible to very-low-income people. ADP bought shares in the farm’s harvest at the beginning of the growing season, and ran a farmers market onsite where residents and neighbors from the surrounding community could use cash or food stamps. Surplus produce was distributed through ADP’s food bank.

Searching for the cooperative ethic

In a city that is almost 39 percent Latino, about 23 percent black, and just over a third white, yet fairly segregated, the racial diversity and comity among the members and workers is striking. ADP encourages members to show solidarity and fight battles that might not immediately be their own—for instance, for accessible mass transit or fair immigration policy. New workers are recruited from community members who have stepped up in these struggles—they are more likely to have a cooperative ethic.

“What have you done in the community economy?” Fisk asks. “That’s more important than if you have experience banging nails. We can teach that. But the strength of ADP is in our shared values.”

Pastor became active in ADP through her husband’s involvement in the worker center. “He was receiving some worker rights training because he was being abused at his workplace at a construction company,” said Pastor. “I started getting involved in the community, ADP, and then got hired.”

Chris Fanous, 33, a native of Springfield, joined United for Hire after being active in the transit fight. “I was working in an auto parts store but I got laid off,” he said, taking a short break from fall cleanup on the grounds of Spring Meadows. “I ran into Craig in the [ADP] office and got scooped up.”

It makes perfect sense to them that part of what they earn for United for Hire funds ADP advocacy in other areas. They were—and are—part of that advocacy and understand the power created by solidarity. They are earning more than a living wage from a steady paycheck: They are helping drive political transformation.

Now ADP is exploring how to get healthy food into the poorer areas of the Pioneer Valley. While still in the idea stage, ADP has to be careful not to promise too much. Cano explained that “in the base building stage, [people say] ‘I will participate if you can create a job for me.’ We were honest—this project will create jobs but we don’t want you to come in just for a job.”

Hicks explained the heart of the problem. Jobs are important. But if they are the main goal, “it also takes away from a concept of the true transformation of our communities.”

That means that along with jobs will come a cooperatively run venture that nurtures grassroots leadership and empowers members to contribute to their own well-being and that of their neighbors.

Let us have a word about your current situation, dearest friends. Yes there are a great many things happening around you these days. Yes, some damage and injury is bound to occur. And yes, your press and television are sure to play up these things for all they are able to get out of them.

We will not say that anyone should disregard or feel happy about anyone being hurt or having their property and livelihood damaged, far from it. Of course you feel compassion for any who may be harmed in any way. But maintain your inner calm and determination, dear ones, and realize that what you are seeing is orders of magnitude less than what you were told to fear, and even much less than it is being hyped up to be.

It is being used to keep you in fear and to raise audience levels. Well, at least that last part doesn’t seem to be working, does it? Sooner or later someone will realize that a little truth and honest reporting will do wonders in that regard.

In the meantime, as you look around, you will see that your planet is indeed making the changes that she finds necessary, but she is doing her best to avoid major damage to her children. There are many quakes. There are many more active volcanoes. But you do not see reports of huge loss of life. There are huge pressures that need to be vented. And they are being vented. We recommend placing your prayers and intentions upon helping your dear mother to do that in the most harmless way. And keep bringing in as much light as you know how. We push and you pull. Can there be any further doubt, after the last days, that this is indeed having its effect? Enough said.

You will never convince any closed minds, but for those who understand, these are momentous times indeed. There is no need to do anything but support now. Those who are doing need your support. But avoid trying to direct traffic, as it were. You can imagine the mess if we all pulled in different directions. Just bring in light.

The light is love. Love is the Creator. It knows where to go and what to do. Of course, if you are being nudged to do something then please don’t sit there and think, “Well Michael told us to just bring in light.” No, do what there is for you to do today, just as we have told you before, but also realize that you certainly are not remiss if what you see to do is to support others in your hearts. One is not less than the other.

A chat with Heather, while I was sleeping! – 15 Feb’ 2013

#1: I thought the UCC was associated with Admiralty Law which was essentially snuck in by the “bad guys” and maintained by our govts, courts etc …

Understanding this Heather/OPPT went into the UCC and did a “kingsayer, no higher no lower, stamped it can’t erase it” and used the UCC to essentially re-establish the original contract between the creator and US…and thereby eliminating or rendering the UCC invalid/moot.

Probably not a big deal at the end of the day, but my basic understanding helps me to explain things in simple terms to the uninitiated …

Heather: Universal law is law of one, laws of creation … …Common law are those laws brought down into “3D”, you BE responsible and liable for what you DO if it damages another … UCC is where every thing from old paradigm is REGISTERED and for now, for matters of efficiency (not recreating the wheel), that REGISTRATION system continues.

Heather: no … it is not associated with admiralty law … it has no borders, it has no divisions … it is where admiralty, maritime, common law, etc. are all rendered transparent … and uniform …

Heather: no ucc not invalid or moot … title and ownership just returned to the people who paid for it … the one people of this planet. it is very valid and very useful as the ptw registered EVERYTHING … even UN Hague, BIS, central banks, COUNTRIES, NATIONS, STATES, and all other corporations in their holdings … which are now not “their holdings” by their own free will choice.

Heather: registering a UCC filing … THAT is “notice by public registration” … any other notices are just courtesy and not required … but let’s be kind and gracious (chuckle)

CVACs

#2: Two days ago I sent an email to Heather about my ideas of how the CVACs would look. I just received her reply.

Heather: Thank you for your energy of BE’ing and DO’ing and I return in kind … living overseas does provide an interesting contrast, yes? … … so many asked…thanks to Lisa, Max, Chris, Bob, Ken, Scott and so many others of the people by the people … we all DO give We addressed the CVAC and I am keeping your comments … thank you. Check Amerikan Kabuki too … for documents and updates as CVAC’s roll out … … I believe they will also be posted there, removing the shackles, OPPT-IN.com, etc.

There are no limits … and the people around the planet want the unfettered freedom to BE and DO as they choose without damaging others. CVAC needs to honor that, guard that, and preserve that … not tell the people how to live, under what terms and conditions they can live, BE and DO, etc. We just got out of a system like that … lol.

#3: Dearest Heather, no doubt you have heard the verdict of a Superior court alleged Judge here in alleged Ontario who ruled in favour of the alleged bank after reviewing OPPT docs. What DO’ing is required to send a strong message to this liable alleged judge to make a strong point to all others and to set presidence?

Heather: I already spoke to Deryl … Deryl can you provide a copy of what you send so that others can see too?

Heather: I was driving my children home from school today … and my oldest, Zac, was really upset … he was asking if there was a way to make a website that didn’t cost a lot of money or that was free … he didn’t like my answer … and he blurted out, “Mom, this sucks!!! God made earth, made us … he didn’t make money … all this (pointing to the country landscape) was made by God and I bet it didn’t come with a bill when we got it! … Someone just decided to make up money and decided since they made it up they were going to take most of it and leave nothing but scraps to the rest!!! When I get older, I am going to find a whole bunch of people who think like I do and protest!!!” … I gently laughed and told him there were a lot of people NOW who would stand right beside him and they think the same way (I have been sooooo busy I haven’t even updated my family on the public disclosures and all that has beautifully transpired since December 25, 2012 … … I must carve out a moment to fill them in!)

#4: They know instinctively more than we do!

Heather:: I would really like to have as many people as possible aware … the youth really get it because they have known nothing but the rotten eggs that are left … in comparison to my generation and those before me (i am told that i am 40 yrs old (chuckle))

nooooo body networks like the youth … someday I will share how the youth took down the royals in romania … stood and were inspirations for their elders who then chose to stand with them … the royals were run out of romania!

Our best friend was from Romania … he was killed by nonsensical Italian/Somalian matters when he was innocently working his store one evening … we never did make it to visit Romania, but I have another great friend who works with the orphanages there … she loves the people soooo much.

#4: Heather, I was wondering if you could not discuss each section of the CVAC and see what ideas we can collectively come with??

e.g. offering the cards with preloaded funds as an immediate action to release people from the finincial burdens so that they can feel free to engage with the rest??

Heather: Kiran … how about I pre-record that with Chris Hales … he has it all highlighted and noted … then we can send that out … then set up a forum to answer any questions about the CVAC?

~~Back on “Canadian” soil now, after making some new and important connections abroad, I want to alert all of you~~ ~~to two upcoming events:~~

Friday, February 1, 2013: The final and complete case of Genocide in Canada will be presented to the world at www.itccs.org by the Prosecutor’s Office. In the absence of a response by the named and subpoenaed defendants, our fifty-eight Citizen Jurors will then consider the evidence and render an enforceable verdict.

Saturday, February 2: Our new global blog talk radio program “We the Jury: A Forum Without Borders” will commence and broadcast at 1 pm pacific time, 4 pm Eastern time, 9 pm GMT, at www.blogtalkradio.com/wethejury. The opening program will assess the evidence of Genocide in Canada and ask, “How should reasonable people respond to crimes by their own government and churches?“. One man’s response – of withholding his taxes from the Canadian government – will be featured.
