Realizing the distinction between legal fiction and Nature’s Law

Awareness of The Shift.

An individual who breaks a law that conscience tells him is unjust, and who willingly accepts the penalty of imprisonment in order to arouse the conscience of the community over its injustice, is in reality expressing the highest respect for the law. ~ PhD. M. L. King Jr.

REMEMBER:
In 1950’s America, FREEDOM for all People was far from a reality.
The most obvious and overt forms of bondage were perpetrated on People of color: Natives, Blacks, Hispanics, and Asians were all discriminated against in many ways, both overtly and covertly.
The 1950’s were turbulent years in America as the world began to wake up and grudgingly take notice of human rights for all People.

Few, today, realize that a great center piece of PhD. M. L. King Jr.’s famous speech in Washington DC was about the USA defaulting on debts and promises. Whereas he said:

“Five score years ago, a great American, in whose symbolic shadow we stand today, signed the Emancipation Proclamation.
This momentous decree came as a great beacon light of hope to millions of Negro slaves who had been seared in the flames of withering injustice.
It came as a joyous daybreak to end the long night of their captivity.
But one hundred years later, the Negro still is not free.
One hundred years later, the life of the Negro is still sadly crippled by the manacles of segregation and the chains of discrimination.
One hundred years later, the Negro lives on a lonely island of poverty in the midst of a vast ocean of material prosperity.
One hundred years later, the Negro is still languishing in the corners of American society and finds himself an exile in his own land.

So we have come here today to dramatize a shameful condition.

In a sense we have come to our nation’s capitol to cash a check.
When the architects of our republic wrote the magnificent words of the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence, they were signing a promissory note to which every American was to fall heir.
This note was a promise that all men, yes, black men as well as white men, would be guaranteed the unalienable rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

It is obvious today that America has defaulted on this promissory note insofar as her citizens of color are concerned.
Instead of honoring this sacred obligation, America has given the Negro people a bad check.
A check which has come back marked “insufficient funds”.
But we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt.
We refuse to believe that there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of opportunity of this nation.
So we have come to cash this check.
A check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom and the security of justice.We have also come to this hallowed spot to remind America of the fierce urgency of now.
This is no time to engage in the luxury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of gradualism.
Now is the time to make real the promises of democracy.
Now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice.
Now is the time to lift our nation from the quick sands of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood.
Now is the time to make justice a reality for all of God’s children.

It would be fatal for the nation to overlook the urgency of the moment.

This sweltering summer of the Negro’s legitimate discontent will not pass until there is an invigorating autumn of freedom and equality.
Nineteen sixty-three is not an end, but a beginning.
Those who hope that the Negro needed to blow off steam and will now be content will have a rude awakening if the nation returns to business as usual.
There will be neither rest nor tranquility in America until the Negro is granted his citizenship rights.
The whirlwinds of revolt will continue to shake the foundations of our nation until the bright day of justice emerges.” […]

Awareness of The Global Shift

Increased Awareness reveals the limitations of beliefs trapped in tradition and indoctrination.
Self-realization, Self-governance and the exercise of Freedom has met institutional governance and bondage at this moment.
A Global Debt Bondage.

Awareness enables the People of Earth to acknowledge and exercise their “unalienable rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness” as Free People.
No longer futilely pleading for rights to be granted.

Increased Awareness continues to remove the blinders and rose colored lens that manipulates or limits perspectives, views, knowledge, abilities, and beliefs.
Increased Awareness cross-examines and questions all assumptions and beliefs.
Grant yourself permission to explore the unknown, to see something different and to discover something new.

For example, often the false belief will present itself as fact because it is based on what occurred in the past,

i.e. the belief that the American revolution could not have happened if the “Gentry” class, {George Washington, and finances from others known as “the founding fathers”} had not supported it.
Another similar fallacy is that the revolution would have failed if the colonists had not gained the support of the foreign navies. Because results did turn out a known way is not to rule out that similar results would not have happened had the events been different.
Perhaps the American revolution still would have occurred without foreign navies and the “Gentry class” of George Washington and others.
Perhaps the timeline and events would have been different, and the British still would have eventually lost the American colonies…
It is an unknown.

Increased Awareness reveals the organized crime within “Trusted” institutions.
Increased Awareness explores the alternatives to a failing system.
People of Earth can acknowledge People with different focus and different perspectives.
Nurture this diversity and allow the creative process to manifest the change that will naturally embrace diversity and abundance.

Global Insurrection Against Banker Occupation

Thank you Max Keiser for highlighting the “bankster” criminalization of the financial institutions as the global financial terrorism of today.

The Orwellian “newspeak”, corporate-government controlled propaganda networks have failed in their attempts to hide the central bank terrorists in our midst.
Skyscrapers in the City of London, the heart of the financial district, are reshaping the skyline.
Their cloaking ability of hiding in plain sight, in the tallest buildings, and most powerful institutions imposing authority.
As great illusionists, masterful wizards, and professional criminals they continue to plan, fund, and profit from politics, wars and wealth transfer policies.

When banking and “Money” are discussed then legal currencies, wealth, material scarcity, gold/silver, property ownership, institutional controls, and the use of force become major points of interest, and usually the most contentious.
The Global Dialogue can avoid quarrels and argument by having a section to contain the controversial subject for a full examination later, with sincerity by setting the date for that discussion.
Do not fear discussion of alternatives such as complementary currencies, local currencies, or even no currency.
Do not fear discussions of abolishing central banks and fractional reserve banking.
Do not fear discussions of engineering alternative energy, transportation, food, housing, and healing methods.
Alternatives other than traditional and past methods are being revealed to us and these new revelations are an element of the Global Shift.

Rarely discussed are the concepts of nature’s phenomena of abundance (energy dynamics), diversity, resiliency, self-value, and self-organizing phenomena…
Man-made contrast of unnatural alignment is scarcity, mono-culture, institutional organization, and hierarchical.

I give thanks to the many artists, bloggers, authors, and whistleblowers who have revealed and continue to reveal the organizations and schemes perpetuating a slave system of rulers and the ruled, or system of governors and the governed.

Increase Awareness reveals the distinction of man-made-paper laws versus nature’s law.
Thus revealing the distinction between legal fiction and reality.
Increased Awareness also reveals “the crucial distinction between education and indoctrination”.
These revelations are increasing, and self-awareness embraces the concept of maturity and self governance.
Rekindles the spirit of liberty and freedom while nurturing the skills of creativity and innovation.
Removing the fear and its limitations, whilst recognizing one’s ability to respond to all stimuli is creation’s gift of freedom.
We remove the instituted shackles, and the mental limits.
We are liberated to exercise our innate skills and abilities.
We exercise our Freedom.
