Russia Welcomes Economic Cooperation
Speaking in the Kremlin, President Vladímir Putin welcomed and accepted letters of credence from newly appointed ambassadors to Russia this morning (9 Nov 2016) in Moscow. And among his remarks, a large segment was focused on congratulating Trump on his election victory and the willingness to mend U.S. and Russian Federation relations. President Putin made it clear it will not be easy to restore degraded relations with the U.S.:

The Eurasian Economic Union (EEU)
According to the EEU Commission’s Minister of Trade Veronika Nikishina, Israel may sign a deal in 2017.
Israeli Minister Zeev Elkin said last December the country wants a free trade agreement with the Russia-led Eurasian Economic Union as soon as possible.
In February, Russian Deputy Agriculture Minister Sergey Levin said Moscow and Tel Aviv were planning the agreement in the near future as they “aim at maximizing cooperation in terms of agriculture and new technologies; as well as creation of joint ventures.”
Russia is a traditional grain supplier to Israel and plans to broaden the range of exported agricultural produce, according to Levin. He added that Israel could increase trade with the EEU by six to eight percent, while Russia would see an increase in investment and technology transfer.The EEU is a trade bloc established in 2015 on the basis of the Customs Union of Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus. It was later joined by Armenia and Kyrgyzstan. This month Vietnam officially became the first non-regional country to join the bloc which is designed to ensure the free movement of goods, services, capital and workforce between member countries.
More than 40 countries and international organizations, including China, Indonesia, and Iran have expressed interest in a free trade deal with the EEU.

The Free Trade Zone Agreement between the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (SRV) and the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) came into effect on October 5, 2016. It was signed by the heads of the governments of the SRV and all the EAEU Member States – Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, and Russia in May 2015, but it could only come into effect after its ratification by the Parliaments of the countries listed above.

Institutional governance is a criminal operation, period.
Having many ignorant and good intentioned workers (employees and personnel) who try to do good doesn’t change the horrible fact that those at the top, those who make policy are sociopaths and criminals skilled at deception and manipulation.
That is a bitter pill for us all, remember we all were kids once and had the same indoctrination: love your country and trust officials and experts to give you the facts.
That all must be ditched because it is not true!
Sadly, everything must be verified before acceptance, because the news has a purpose, their staged performances on camera and their scripted reports in print are there to manipulate public opinion and program the populous to accept authority.
Which is why I am sad to see so many who are now aware of this, lapse back into the bad old habit of hoping in a politician such as Donald Trump.
Sibel explains that she and other whistleblowers (long before Snowden and Wikileaks) documented the criminal system many times, and it is clear that the FBI investigate all candidates for the government (courts, legislature, law enforcement, etc.) and unless you have a lot of deviant and criminal behaviour you won’t qualify to enter powerful positions.
