This coming April, year 2014, is being talked about with dangerous warnings and predictions.
Perhaps, as many people claim, there is a “perfect storm” coming that includes several different events and organizations that will collapse the existing system of control.
There exists definitive expiration dates on contracts, grassroots organizations, internal conflicts within institutions, and then there are the alignment of subtle energies from the heavens…
For example:
an option expiration for the precious metals on the COMEX, some people are closely watching the reactions in the silver and gold markets (part of the global currency wars)…
The ongoing criminal investigations of the financial industry with suspicious deaths and fraud highlighting the need for remedy.
Others are organizing public Rallies and Forums to “Move Your Money”, Boycott Major Banks on Wall Street, and start complementary currencies or public banks as a Worldwide Wave of Action.
I have often reflected that the evidence reveals global organized crime, and I have questioned and searched for a global organized justice (league?). Many people have reported that the “Light forces” vs “Dark forces” exists but I have no first hand knowledge of a organized light force.
I have read websites of light forces and galactic federations without any wealthy names associated.
Perhaps organizations such as GATA, BEM, and others come close because of their public announcements and investigations. However with their belief in statutes and institutional governance with “authority” I find that institutional governance is at odds with personal sovereignty as freedom.
Then there is the “Common Law” Grand Jury movement sweeping the world that are organizing to re-purpose the institutions to support personal sovereignty lawfully and legally.
This means court cases will be prominent, if not front page news. More grass-root and local community activities are planned as part of the Worldwide Wave of Action to be launched this Spring 2014.
Lastly, but not least, there are We the People on Earth at the individual personal level inventing, engineering, crafting, and farming to implement healing alternatives to the current corporate destructive activities. These individuals, networks and communities are not seeking permission nor waiting for institutions, but rather are doing and manifesting their creative energies at the local community level.
Thus we continue at the personal level to exercise our freedom creatively and share globally.
Spring cleaning has begun, Let us share the Awareness!

Suing JPMorgan and the COMEX

I’ve had some recent conversations with attorneys who were considering class-action lawsuits regarding a gold price manipulation stemming from reports about the London Gold Fix. I told them that while there is no doubt that gold and, particularly, silver are manipulated in price, I didn’t see how the manipulation stemmed from the London Fix. I wished them well and hoped that they may prevail (the enemy of my enemy is my friend), because you never know – if the lawyers dig deep enough they might find the real source of the gold and silver manipulation, namely, the COMEX (owned by the CME Group) and JPMorgan.
So I thought it might be constructive to lay out what I thought a successful lawsuit might look like, although I’m speaking as a precious metals analyst and not as a lawyer. I’ll try to put the whole thing into proper perspective, including the premise and scope of the manipulation as well as the parties involved…

Dr. Benjamin Carson is famous for more than simply being a gifted pediatric neurosurgeon, due to an entertaining speech he gave before the President at the National Prayer Breakfast.
Appearing on conservative talk show host Sean Hannity’s show last night, Dr. Carson revealed that he was not only asked to turn over a copy of his speech before the National Prayer Breakfast, he was instructed not to “offend” the president.
Dr. Carson says in the interview, after sharing many great insights into the sequester doom-mongering, that he didn’t turn over any speech because he doesn’t “use a teleprompter.”
