We are Earth-Beings, exercising freedom and creating peace and prosperity.

Unlawfully dis-arming the American people violates Government’s Constitutional Restrictions.
Perhaps the Corporate powers have a hidden work-a-round?
Label the citizens as terrorists and enemies of the State and take their arms and strip them of all their rights?
One must consider the ugly possibilities…

Perhaps corporate-government have believed for so long a time that the “citizen”
are a subjugated class, a “human-resource” and a financial “commodity” that ,”they”, as the elite political class of central planners and owners of their corporations and corporate interests refuse to part with that belief.

“Since the Second Amendment did not create or grant any right concerning firearms, the right enumerated in the Amendment has to be an existing right separate from the Amendment. Thus, repealing the Second Amendment would not eliminate any right because the right enumerated in the Amendment was not created by the Amendment. The right to keep and bear arms exists independent of the Constitution or the Second Amendment.”
LET US BE CLEAR:
The 2nd Amendment clearly and definitively restricted the Government from trespassing upon the people’s right to keep and bear arms and protect themselves from a tyrannical government.
The 2nd Amendment did not “GIVE” any privilege or right, but boldly reminded everyone of the restriction placed on government authority from all attempts to “infringe” on the people’s right to bear arms.

The 2nd Amendment states:
Amendment II
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

“Moments ago, MSNBC showed a clip in which “gun tzar” VP Joe Biden made it clear that “the President is going to act” on the issue of gun control, and that “executive orders and executive action can be taken.” Of course “can” does not mean “will” as the fallout from an executive order bypassing Congress would be rather dramatic, especially on a topic so near and dear to at least half of America, and the response, to put it mildly, would make the Piers Morgan vs Alex Jones screaming match seems like a tranquil discussion between two dignified stoics. If “can” however, does become “will“, America may have far bigger issues over the next two months than the debt ceiling, kicking the sequester down another several months, or even the quadrillion yen tuna.”

With new Congress comes a new push for gun laws

Washington (CNN) – “Lawmakers began a new session of Congress with the mass shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary school in Newtown, Connecticut, still fresh in their minds — inspiring a new push to pass gun laws that could prevent another tragedy.

On Day One, lawmakers in the House of Representatives introduced nearly a dozen bills related to gun violence.

Rep. Carolyn McCarthy, D-New York, a longtime gun control advocate, led the fight on the Democratic side of the aisle. She’s sponsoring legislation that would require background checks for all gun sales — including at gun shows — and ban online sales of ammunition. McCarthy is also co-sponsoring a bill to ban high-capacity magazines with Rep. Diana DeGette, D-Colorado. DeGette’s district includes Columbine High School, where two gunmen killed 13 people in 1999, and is next to Aurora, where a gunman killed 12 people in a mass shooting at a movie theater in July.”
